By using AORA Pagar, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What The App Does
The app shows AORA's public product catalog, today's published menu, public product status, and optional notifications for favorite products.
The app is informational. It is not a full ordering, checkout, or payment service.
Menu And Availability
Menu information, status labels, ready times, low-stock messages, and sold-out messages are best-effort operational updates. Bakery work is live and physical stock can change quickly.
A notification does not guarantee that an item will still be available when you arrive.
Reservations
If the app links to same-day reservations, reservations are available only when AORA's public reservation rules allow them. A reservation is accepted only after the reservation flow confirms it.
A push notification by itself is not a reservation.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and best effort. Delivery depends on device settings, network conditions, Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging, and backend availability.
You can disable notifications in the app or in your device's notification settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or overload the app or backend.
- Attempt to access admin-only systems or private data.
- Reverse engineer the app or API except where allowed by law.
- Use the service for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
Changes And Availability
AORA may update, pause, or discontinue the app or any part of the service at any time. Features may change as the bakery workflow changes.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, AORA does not provide warranties about uninterrupted operation, error-free alerts, or exact stock availability.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, AORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the app, missed notifications, incorrect settings, or product availability changes.
