Common Fixes

  • I am not receiving notifications.
    Check your device notification settings for AORA Pagar and make sure notifications are allowed. Then open the app and confirm that alerts are enabled for your favorite products.
  • A favorite product did not alert me.
    Alerts are sent only when the product appears on a published public menu or reaches a status you selected. Notifications are best effort and may be delayed by the operating system or network conditions.
  • The menu looks empty.
    The app shows the public menu only after AORA publishes the day's menu. On rest days, temporary closures, or before publishing, the app shows the same customer-facing messages as AORA.ee.
  • I want to stop alerts.
    Open the app and pause alerts, remove favorites, or delete this device's alert data. You can also turn off notifications from your device's notification settings.
